About Us

With over 25 years of experience in technical education, our journey began in 1998 with SSIT, an IT training institute based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Over the years, we have trained more than 50,000 students through classroom-based programs and hands-on mentoring.

In the last decade, while working as a Senior Developer and Solution Architect in Salesforce, we have delivered multiple real-world enterprise projects. This unique combination of teaching experience and live industry delivery shaped the foundation of F2C Academy.

At F2C Academy, learning starts with thinking — not typing code.

Our pedagogy is built on the Flow First → Code Next → Master Forever approach. Students first learn how to design logic visually using our custom Flow Builder, then translate those flows into real programming and Salesforce solutions.

All learning paths are designed using Learning Objective–driven structure based on Bloom's Revised Taxonomy, ensuring that learners progress systematically from understanding concepts to building real solutions with confidence and long-term mastery.
